When books on loan are not returned by the due date, fines of RM0.50 per item per day are imposed after the due date of the book.

You can pay your fines by cash at the Circulation Counter of the library. Please request for a receipt after making the payment.

When a library item has been misplaced, the user has the options:

• (a). Lost items may be replaced by users with an identical copy of same or latest edition of the lost work;

OR

• (b). A standard fee of double the price of the missing item applies.

If the missing item is already overdue, overdue charge is levied in addition to the (a) or (b).

Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service whereby a patron of one library can borrow books and/or receive photocopies of documents that are owned by another library.

Request for the ILL service can be made at the Circulation Counter.
